How do I order a Snap-on Gift Card? Ordering a Snap-on Gift Card is fast and easy. Simply visit http://www.snapon.com to purchase. Choose which denomination you'd like to give (either $50 or $100), then go through our secure account setup and checkout procedure -- and we'll send out your gift card to you.
How do I Redeem a Snap-on Gift Card? If you are the lucky recipient of a Snap-on Gift Card, redeeming is just as easy. Simply visit http://www.snapon.com/giftcard, login or register, and enter the gift card serial number listed on the back of the card. Your Snapon.com account will then be credited the gift card amount.
You may also choose to redeem your gift card with your participating U.S. Snap-on dealer. Simply give the card to your participating Snap-on dealer and let him or her know you'd like to apply any or all of your gift card funds to your purchase(s). The dealer will then credit your account with your gift card funds, and, if you have a remaining balance, give your card back to you for future use. You may apply any remaining balance on your gift card to any future purchases through your dealer. Or, you may redeem your remaining funds at http://www.snapon.com/giftcard.

I haven't received my Snap-on Gift Card yet, and I ordered it over a week ago. If you've purchased a Snap-on Gift Card online, please note the shipping method you have chosen. Snap-on offers various shipping methods for ordering items, including UPS ground, UPS 2-day, UPS Overnight, as well as Parcel Post. If you have not received your gift card within 30 business days after your purchase, please contact Customer Service at 877-762-7664 or fill out our Online Internet Customer Service form.
Where can I redeem a Snap-on Gift Card? Snap-on Gift Cards may only be redeemed through our web site at http://www.snapon.com/giftcard or through your participating Snap-on dealer. Snap-on Gift Cards purchased through snapon.com cannot be used to make payments on any Snap-on account or payment obligation, or to pay any third-party merchant accessible through the snapon.com web site, or for any other purpose.
Where can I buy with my Snap-on Gift Card? Snap-on Gift Cards are redeemable only for Snap-on merchandise offered through http://www.snapon.com/ or through your participating Snap-on dealer, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Snap-on reserves the right to restrict the use of Snap-on Gift Cards for specific items. Such restrictions will be clearly indicated on the pages where such items are described.
Do I need to register at Snapon.com to redeem my Snap-on Gift Card? In order to redeem a Snap-on Gift Card online, the recipient must register at http://www.snapon.com/giftcard and establish a snapon.com user account, then enter the gift card serial number from the back of the card. The recipient's account will then be credited with the gift card amount. If an order exceeds the value of the Snap-on Gift Card being redeemed, the amount in excess will be charged to the recipient's credit card. If the amount of the Snap-on Gift Card exceeds the amount of a purchase, this amount will be deducted from the Snap-on Gift Card and the unused balance of the Snap-on Gift Card may be used at a later date.

If you wish to redeem your Snap-on gift card with your participating Snap-on dealer, simply give your card to your Snap-on dealer and let him or her know you'd like to apply any or all of your gift card funds to your purchase(s). The dealer will then credit your account with your gift card funds, and, if you have a remaining balance, give your card back to you for future use. If you have a remaining balance, you may redeem this amount for merchandise through your dealer or apply the remaining balance to your Snapon.com account.
Why do you require Credit Card information when purchasing with a Snap-on Gift Card? This is required for security reasons to protect the shopper and Snap-on during transactions.
How do I check to see if I still have credit from my Snap-on Gift Card? During the checkout process there will be a screen, after logging in, that will show your remaining balance and ask you if you would like to apply this toward your purchase. Alternatively, you may ask your participating Snap-on dealer to check on the balance of your Snap-on Gift Card. Simply show your dealer your Gift Card and he/she will let you know if you have a remaining balance available.
