Additional Description: 
Tapered collets thread onto stud, even if only a few threads are exposed. Tightening the housing bolt draws the collet into the housing and clamps collet onto stud. Tools don't damage stud threads.
Note: 
NOTE: Avoid bottoming or shouldering studs to avoid shearing or damaging stud or workpiece.
