IHT60K Insulating Screwdriver Set. Includes Flat Tip Drivers IHTS3, IHTS6, and IHTS9 plus PHILLIPSŪ Tip Drivers IHTP31, IHTP62 and IHTP63 (6 pcs.) (3/16" to 5/16" and #1 to #3) in a CO612A Kit Bag.
Additional Description: 
Insulating screwdrivers require that there is NO conductor of electricity within the screwdriver shaft, while the definition of insulated screwdrivers means that a metal shank has been COATED with a nonconductive material.
Insulating screwdrivers feature shafts developed from a nonconductive braided epoxy/glass fiber composite, with metal bit holder attached to the shank via a composite sleeve. Performance is comparable to a steel shank screwdriver.
Bits are manufactured from a high strength alloy steel and can be removed or replaced if worn or damaged. Each tool is individually tested to ensure protection up to 1000V.
These tools also meet Standard IEC60900 for dielectric strength and design requirements, ASTM Type Test Requirements and ASME B107.15-1993 torsion requirements. U.S. Patent Number 5,259,277 applies.
